Information is collected solely to respond to enquiries, deliver the engagement and any resulting proposal, and to communicate with you about PROMA services you have requested. PROMA does not sell personal information, and does not use it for purposes unrelated to the service you have engaged with.

Information you send us is processed with your consent, given at the point you contact us. You may withdraw consent at any time using the details below; this will not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.

4. Storage and retention
